Free site survey. No obligation.
Before we quote, our engineer comes to your site, takes measurements, checks structural conditions, and tells you exactly what your shaft can fit. The visit is on us — quote or no quote.
Six measurements, one site visit.
Lifts are unforgiving about geometry. These are the dimensions that decide what you can install — and what you can't.
Internal width × depth × travel height. We check for plumb, parallax, and consistent finish from pit to overhead.
Pit must accommodate buffers + governor. Overhead must clear the cabin + machinery. We give you exact required minimums per code.
Conventional models need a room above; MRL (machine-room-less) needs a small alcove with access. We confirm fit and ventilation.
3-phase rating, isolator location, earth-pit continuity. We flag anything that needs an electrician before the lift can be commissioned.
Can a cabin + structure reach the site? We measure stairwells, gate widths, and crane access for tall structures.
For high-rises, hospital and commercial — we identify which approvals you'll need (Inspector of Lifts, fire NOC, etc.) so you start the paperwork early.
Booking to drawings — usually a week.
