Home Elevators in Chandigarh, Mohali & Panchkula
Our home turf. The workshop is in Sukhdarshanpur — 15 minutes from Sector 8. Sector-plan kothi specialists who know Le Corbusier's grid better than the planners do.
Tricity is our home turf. The workshop is in Sukhdarshanpur, Panchkula — 15 minutes from Sector 8, 25 minutes from Mohali Aerocity, 30 minutes from IT Park. We've been installing in Chandigarh's iconic sector-plan kothis since 2007, and we know every standard plot layout and which mid-shaft retrofit pattern works for each. The city-planning rules don't allow exterior modifications, so we design around them: side-mounted MRL controllers, interior structural-steel shafts, no façade changes. The planner doesn't see the lift; the resident gets the convenience.
Designed for Chandigarh's sector-plan kothis — compact mid-shaft retrofits without exterior changes that violate city planning rules. We're local — Sukhdarshanpur workshop, Sector 8 in 15 minutes. We've been doing Tricity kothi installs since 2007 and have the most install-history density of any single city in our network.
Across Chandigarh — by neighbourhood.
Sectors 4–11 (premium kothi belt), Sectors 15–22 (middle ring), Sectors 27, 33, 35 (newer sectors), Sectors 38–47 (recent expansion). Le Corbusier grid-plot layout creates predictable shaft positions.
Mohali Phases I–XI, Sector 70, 79, Aerocity, Mullanpur, Greater Mohali. Mix of kothi retrofits and new-build apartment passenger lifts.
Sectors 1–8 (central), Sectors 9–25 (planned), Pinjore-Kalka extension. Panchkula's sector layout mirrors Chandigarh's, with the same retrofit patterns.
Mohali IT Park (Plot Nos. 1–82), STPI Mohali, Quark City. Commercial passenger lifts for the IT-tower buildings.
Industrial Phase 1, 2 (Chandigarh); Industrial Area Phase 7, 8, 9 (Mohali); Baddi corridor (Himachal-side, see our Wave 3 Baddi page).
Four engineering decisions that change here.
A passenger lift specced for Bengaluru’s mild climate won’t survive Nagpur’s 48°C summer or Mumbai’s salt air. We engineer to the city, not to the catalogue.
Sukhdarshanpur workshop to Sector 8 is 15 minutes. Mohali Aerocity is 25 minutes. Panchkula sectors are at the door. Emergency response inside Tricity is consistently sub-1-hour even on Premium 24×7.
Chandigarh's sector-plan rules don't allow exterior modifications to kothis. Our retrofit pattern uses side-mounted MRL controllers, interior structural-steel shafts, glass-clad shaft walls — the planner doesn't see the lift.
Tricity hits 2–3°C in January. Standard mineral lubricant gels below 5°C. We spec a multi-grade synthetic for every Tricity install — same NCR spec we use, calibrated for the slightly milder cycle.
Tricity is our most-installed metro by density. Every standard plot layout has a documented retrofit pattern in our archive; we've done 200+ kothi installs since 2007. New installs start from a known baseline, not from scratch.
B2B context — the customer pattern.
Many of our home-elevator customers find us through our industrial work. Here’s how the city’s economy maps to the projects we run.
Punjab and Haryana state secretariats, Chandigarh administration, central PSU offices — passenger lifts spec'd to IS 14665 Class A. Tendered through GeM; we participate as a local Tricity vendor.
Mohali IT Park's towers run our passenger lifts. Founders and senior engineers there make up most of our Tricity home-lift customers.
Baddi-Barotiwala-Nalagarh pharma cluster (40%+ of India's pharma formulations) is 45 minutes from our workshop. Same-day install support; see our Wave 3 Baddi page for the GMP-grade spec.
