Industrial & B2B specifics

OEM vendor empanelment, GMP compliance, clean-room ratings — what hospitals and factories ask before they shortlist a vendor.

B2B procurement asks different questions than residential. The honest answers about empanelment, documentation, uptime SLAs and the things we can and can't commit to.

01 Are you an approved vendor for Maruti / Tata / Honda?
Approved vendor for cargo-lift supply: Tata Motors and Maruti Suzuki. On active vendor evaluation track for Honda Cars, plus Hyundai/Renault-Nissan/VW Group (Audi-Skoda) for specific facility scopes. Vendor codes shareable to verified procurement contacts under NDA. We don't make blanket "approved by all OEMs" claims; we name the specific ones.
02 Do you supply GMP-compliant cargo lifts?
Yes for the BBN, Patancheru and Pithampur (Cipla-area) pharma clusters. SS304 smooth-radius cabin construction, no shed-prone gaskets, HEPA-compatible ceiling, polished welds. IQ/OQ/PQ documentation pre-formatted to match each major pharma chain's QA template. We currently service 40+ BBN-cluster pharma plants with this spec.
03 What is ISO Class 8 clean-room rating for a service lift?
Anti-static cabin finish (cabin walls + floor), sealed door tracks (no particulate path between floors), HEPA-friendly ceiling (smooth with no shed-prone gaskets), and optionally a HEPA-prefiltered air-supply tap-off feeding the cabin. Required for mobile-assembly (Samsung, Vivo, Foxconn), watch/precision-electronics (Titan), and pharma cleanroom-adjacent service lifts. Niche we own; very few Indian vendors offer it.
04 Can you commit to a 99.5% uptime SLA?
Yes on Premium 24×7 AMC, with documented penalty/credit structure if breached. Dedicated engineer assigned, 4-hour breakdown response anytime, spare-parts buffer onsite. Standard for our auto-OEM (Sanand, Manesar), hospital, and international-patient hospital contracts. We've paid out credits when we've breached; we don't hide behind the contract language.
05 Do you supply Japanese-OEM precision tolerances?
Yes — ±0.5 mm assembly-line floor-levelling (vs the standard ±2 mm), every weld photographed and inspected, batch-traceable structural steel, quarterly audit cadence on AMC. Daikin/Honda-approved subcontractor history for Bhiwadi-Neemrana corridor. Documentation pack pre-formatted to match Japanese OEM templates.
06 What documentation pack do industrial customers actually need?
Mill-test reports per structural-steel batch, weld inspection records per cabin frame, load-test certificate per unit, IS 14665 (or EN 81-20) compliance statement, electrical-safety test report, AMC SLA template with uptime commitment, and (for pharma) IQ/OQ/PQ protocols. We hand the full pack over at commissioning; your facility's engineering review gets to vet it. This is standard for us, not an add-on.
07 How do combined AMC contracts work across multiple plant locations?
For customers with multiple sites (e.g., Manesar IMT + Bhiwadi-Neemrana, or Indore + Pithampur, or Bengaluru + Hosur), we offer a single AMC contract covering all sites under one engineer assignment and one visit schedule. Typical saving over multi-vendor AMC is 12-22% for OEMs running >5 lift assets across the combined sites.
08 Do you participate in GeM tenders?
Yes — registered GeM vendor for passenger and stretcher lifts. Active bids on AIIMS-network, state-government hospital, and central PSU procurement. Category-and-rate-contract status shareable confidentially with verified procurement contacts. We don't typically respond to GeM tenders for items below ₹5 lakhs because the response-effort economics don't work.
